2022: A Banner Year for Duros Land Properties

Duros Land Properties is an offspring of Duros Development Corporation, an ISO-certified, Triple A construction company with more than 30 years of experience in big-ticket infrastructure projects including the asphalt supply for CCLEX and the construction of the 2nd runway of Mactan-Cebu airport.

Liloan Golf Course

The 18 holes at Liloan Golf Course have finally been completely carved and shaped. All Par-72 will now be playable by the first quarter of 2023.

The clubhouse has also been finished and features a restaurant, sauna, massage lounge, shower, and locker facilities, as well as a scenic party venue that can accommodate 400 persons.

Located in Barangay San Roque, Liloan, the 65-hectare golf course is a central amenity of Duros Land Properties where buyers of its different projects enjoy a lifetime playing privilege.

Golfers Village

A place reserved for the privileged few., this is a lot-only residential development within the golf course. 90% of the lots were sold out in 2022

Bay-ang Ridge

More houses were turned over to buyers at Bay-Ang Ridge, the company’s residential development in Barangay Sta-Cruz, Liloan.

One Tectona Hotel

Another milestone for Duros Land in 2022 is the completion of the 14-storey One Tectona Hotel, the first high-rise building in Liloan. It will be opening to the public in early 2023.

It will be operated by Duros Hotels Inc. together with Cebu Quincentennial Hotel which opened earlier this year in Cebu City.

Lataban Estates

Full-swing land development has already commenced at the 80-hectare master planned and fully integrated lot-only development in the scenic hills of Barangay Lataban. It has a dedicated bike lane and jogging path under cherry blossom trees on its main avenue, Sakura boulevard.

Other amenities include an orchard forest, several lagoons, a clubhouse with a swimming pool, a viewing deck and prayer pavilion, pocket parks, an exercise area, and many others.

Lataban Estates has achieved a sale of more than 100M in less than a month after it secured a license to sell in November 2022.
